Born:  1833 in North Carolina

Wilson Willson Watson b: ABT 1801 in Orange County, North Carolina
Mother: Margaret Watson b: ABT 1807 in North Carolina

Died:  unknown

Final Resting Place: unknown

Married:  unknown

Children: unknown

Attributes:  5'7", blue eyes, fair skin, light hair

Appears on the 1860 Census of Hillsborough Co, FL (Tampa) as a school teacher in the household of J.L. Skipper

Enlisted  6/6/1861 at Tampa.  He was absent sick in a Rome, GA hospital since 4/15/1863 on the  last roll.  He was captured 2/20 1864 at Columbus, SC and sent to Harts Island POW Camp.  He survived the winter and released on oath on 6/14/1865.

No further information is known about Pvt. Watson.  There is no record of him receiving a Florida Confederate Veteran's Pension.
