Enlisted 6 June 1861 at Tampa for 12 mosHe was captured 25 November 186at Missionary Ridge and sent to Rock Island, NY POW Camp.  He survived the winter but died of pneumonia on 2 May 1864 and was buried in the prison cemetery, grave #1110.9
