Served in the Seminole War of 1856-58.

Enlisted 7/20/61 at Tampa. He was on detached service in Florida driving cattle since 10/16/63.

Pvt. Thomas widow, Rhoda received a Florida Confederate Veteran's Widow's Pension #A01082 on 4 November. 1908 in Polk, Co, FL
